Privacy notice

When you send an enquiry, request a valuation or ask for a call back, we collect your name, mobile number and, if you give it, your email address, together with whatever you write in the message and the car you were looking at.

We also record the page the enquiry came from and a one-way hash of your IP address. We do not store the IP address itself.

To answer your enquiry, arrange viewings and test drives, prepare finance or valuation quotes, and complete a sale if you go ahead.

If you tick the marketing box, we may also send you occasional updates about stock and offers. That consent is separate, optional, and you can withdraw it at any time.

Finance and insurance partners, but only when you have asked us to arrange a quote, and only what they need to produce it.

Service providers who host this website and send our email. We do not sell personal data to anybody.

The site works without any optional cookies. If you choose "Accept all" on the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used: which pages are visited, roughly where visitors come from, and whether they contact us. Google Analytics does not receive your name, number or messages, and we have turned off its advertising features.

If you choose "Essential only", or make no choice, Google Analytics is not loaded at all. To change your mind, clear this site's data in your browser and the banner will ask again.

Google processes analytics data on its own servers, which may be outside Singapore.

Enquiries are stored on servers in Singapore. Each enquiry is also emailed to us, and our email provider, Google Workspace, may keep that copy on servers outside Singapore under its own data protection terms.

Enquiries are kept for two years from your last contact with us, after which they are deleted. Records connected to a completed sale are kept for as long as the law requires us to keep transaction records.

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also withdraw consent to marketing at any time.
